True Story:
A co-worker put in a really late night on a Delphi project.

The next day his code failed to compile on a perfectly good line of code.

After an hour of futile efforts, I copied the offending line into notepad.
He had rather obviously drifted off to sleep and leaned on the keyboard.

On the same line of "perfectly good code" a long string of spaces and then (off-screen):
