I've had the same problem. After some researched i found out that a method ran into an error regarding a tabled update, started an error routine in which i suspended the program (for debugging purposes).

I thougth the method was completed succesfully, but when i tried to close the tables i ran into an 'A store procedure is executing'

May this i also the case with your program.
