It could be with how you have IE configured. Web sites in different security zones launch in a new browser instance.

I am noting that when logged in to the UT, if for any resaon another instance of IE7 is launched, I then get a "You cannot be authenticated ..." message from the UT. Is this an IE issue, a UT issue or some combination and is there any way to correct it?
