Nowhere does it say "but don't break your neck trying to save gays or blacks". The cop's duty should be performed without prejudice to sex, creed, colour, religion, sexual orientation, etc. Now if John thinks all gays are devos then I doin't see their getting a fair shake from him (maybe a shake-down!)
