Sorry Sergey I wasn't making myself clear - I have now the full path of the selected database b4 I run the report - it is what I ecpected it to be

What I meant was how do I add a field to report with expression alias() - my field is driverpt.aname - how do I change that to give me the alias - sorry I don't understand where you are going
