I suggest you enter the bug into the Microsoft Connect system and put the bug on your "watch list". If it has already been entered, they will mark it as duplicate and then you'll see that. It will also let them know the existing bug is still causing real problems for customers. If it hasn't been entered yet, it now is, and again, you can watch it for a status change.
