Actually, as far as bush goes.....

I was watching last weeks Bill Maher's show. They showed the Miss SC clip and got a good laugh out of it. Then they showed a clip of bush trying to speak off the cuff, answering questions.

He was asked something about sovereign nations. He proceeded to discuss how sovereign nations attempt to increase their sovereigninity so they could be more sovereign. This went on for a couple almost sentences.

When the clip was over, someone mentioned how despite how poorly the SC girl sounded, she still came across smarter then bush.
