Even happens in large companies. Our fairly large company pretty much wasted two years and two million dollars on the crap we got back from our outsource attempt. I think they ended up throwing every bit of it away. Needless to say, there was a management change after that fiasco. <g>

First, I hate New York City.

Second, yeah, you're right, it happens in large places as well. Getting back sub-par (or worse) work doesn't surprise me. Next time I hear someone champion outsourcing, I'm going to start asking them for references and proof. ;)
