>I don't think you'll see it championed any more:Our company's little fiasco only ended a year ago. That's pretty recent.
As for NY: it was just rated the coolest international city to visit, though London is second and rising fast.I grew up in New England, in eastern Connecticut, not leaving until I was in my mid-20's. I think I only visited NYC twice in my whole life. It was great, but I was just a little country girl at the time and a bit overwhelmed by the Big City. I think I've grown up a bit since then. <g>
As for London, it is an awesome city ... but very expensive. I went there last year for the first time (and only time, so far). But, my favorite is Paris! What a city! I've been there several times now. I can't believe that London ranks higher than Paris ... but I wonder what was the "cool factor" used in the rating.
Speaking of Paris ... we're headed there for a week at the end of September for a much needed vacation! Can't wait!
Au revoir!
