Web w/o VFP: ASP.NET, open-source LAMP stack or frameworks such as Ruby On Rails, ...
You could consider not using the Web at all, instead host your standard non-Web VFP app with Terminal Server. Or, if it's just one person you could even use a remote control application like VNC or GoToMyPC.
