How about these (just for grins)?
I'm not saying that all on the left of center are like this. I'm just making a general observation.

I'll probably get critized for this, but here it goes....

1) Left is far more afraid that America is becoming a theocracy under George Bush.

2) The left is far more hysterical about global warming and the environment (banning DDT to fight malaria). From what I've read, DDT was used extensively in the US back in the 50's and the 60's. Malaria is rare in US while thousands die of it in Africa each year. This sounds unreal to me but the biggest pushers to outlaw DDT were the hysterical population-control advocates.
Hurricane Katrina - Bush hates black people - the levy was blown up by the Bush administration to kill blacks.

3) The left is far more hysterical about animal rights (KFC treatment of chicken == holocaust).

I've heard some hysteria from the right as well, Terry Schiavo case comes to mind.
