There is a lot involved in a conversion from 2.x to VFP. You are going to have to dig into the converted code and step through it to see whether things are happening like you think they are.

If it isn't too much trouble, I would suggest starting over with a new project. It will be worth it in the end. You can use the code/rules you have in your 2.x project, and have a much better product.
