Just so we're clear - I'm not talking about "going out of the way" to target civilians. I'm talking about the fact that we should have taken out Tehran, Baghdad, and Damascus a long time ago. Most of the Islamic terrorist networks operate under the service of the governments in these 3 locations. What do all these nations have in common? They've been run by strong dictators who rule their people with an iron fist. And yet somehow we're supposed to believe that Islamic terrorists are free to roam around. The biggest evasion of all is the notion that because they're terrorists, that they're not run by the state.
