I havn't done this but am going to be doing the same thing. We will be setting our web app so that we create one admin user for each company and they will be responsible for setting up any additional within. They will not be able to give any more rights than they already have and can only set up users with access to that company data. Does this sound the same?

By the way I am originally from Escondido so am quite familiar with Ramona. It has changed drastically since I left there.
