I have a master page that every webform uses in my project. The master page contains a label. On certain webforms, I will fill in this label with a weather sticker from wunderground. All of this works fine.

The problem I have is that the weather sticker does not refresh unless I manually refresh my browser. For example, the first time I view a page that contains the weather sticker, the sticker displays the correct time and temperature. However, 30 minutes later, if I navigate back to this page by clicking the links, the sticker still displays the original time and temperature. The only way to refresh this is to refresh the browser.

I have EnableViewState=false on this label in my master page, but that does not help. What can I do to force this label to refresh itself?
