Same here... my wife purchased a Toshiba laptop that came with Vista Home Premium on it. So far, it has performed well.
The only problem is getting some of the older (and new) software to load and run correctly. The solution for me was to set the compatibility of the loaded software to run in XP SP2 compatiability, and to check the box to let the software run in Administrator mode.
This reminds me of the early days of XP. SP1 and SP2 of Vista will probably get it up to the level of XP now.
I haven't fooled around with VFP stuff on it... she won't let me!!!
