I thought the trail in W2K3 is 90 days. However it is running for 18 months or so without any restrictions. The licensing mode is set to "USer" in stead of "device". The TS sessions are both used locally as well as remotely.

BTW, It is a legal copy of Window Server 2003 R2. I'm not sure why it works, but you won't hear me complain.
