Now, let me see - not being a military strategist, or a CIA intelligence officer I don't know. I'd certainly say that SOME military action might be in order, but what you said originally was just localised genocide! OTOH, as has been pointed out, although terrorist cadres MAY come from these places the countries themselves haven't actually done the US harm, or declared war on you. Yet you talk about nuking them. Now N Irish perpetrated MANY attrocities on the UK mainland, and in NI, during the 70s and 80s, but we didn't go and nuke NI, or just kill ALL Catholics, or just all who no longer wanted to be part of the UK. We didn't even blow up IRA suspected buildings. THEY weren't our brothers. What would you have done there?
