Which time stamp? If you want to modify Last Modification date, look at the Foxtouch function in FOXTOOLS.FLL. You'll find the documentation in the Extended Foxtools Help file, available in the download section (Coding, Syntax, and Commands).

Modifying one of the others requires several (5, I think) API calls, and may not be reliable on a network.
