I didn't know you'd yet passed a comment on this. I was a bit tongue-in-cheek but the guy was like the school masochist who goes up to the bully and says "Don't hit me". He was a windbag and just wouldn't ask his question. I've no idea what he was trying to say, whether he was on the subject, or just making a political statement, or what. But one thing was for sure - he was an attention-seeker and a PITA. If I'd been in the audience and wanting to get on with the debate (or whatever it was) I think I might have wrested the taser off the cop and done him myself! :-)
