They're especially annoying at dusk, when they blend in with the road and can be almost invisible, esp. he dull grey ones, yet their owners don't put on their sidelights, for fear of wasting electricity I suppose! (well that's the only explanation I can think of why they can't be arsed flicking a switch at their fingertips!)
