This would make it a full application.

Aren't there other really good and reliable tools for that ?
I was originally thinking of offering a simple tool.

Of course, GDI+ supports infinite things...

About the scrollable container, there are some little problems, and I will probably have to customize some important things there to make it work as I desire for VFPPaint. Anyway, using the CTL32 scrollable container, it's already working, in modal/modeless forms, InScreen, TopLevel and InTopLevel forms quite good.
