I don't use the CDE. I use the regular DE. I've already saved the new record by clicking on the Save Icon on the toolbar (Floppie Disk). So the Save Icon is low-lighted.
However, something is not "completely saved" because it takes moving to the next record to "clean up" whatever needs to be cleaned up. I suspeect something needs to be done in the DataManager, but don't know what. (I tread carefully when working in the DataManager.)
