The .Zorder(1) fixed most of the funky jumping the labels were doing when resizing the form with the mouse but the clock label was still ugly. Setting Anchor = 0, moving the label and then setting Anchor = 240 with an IF FIRSTTIME in the timer event so it only ran once fixed the rest of it. Form now looks and acts much better
