I don't remember which mag I read this story in, but it was about the outsourcing of the govt. Of course it's far, far more prevelent then ever before.
I heard a discussion about this last week. How the rebuilding of Iraq, using basically all outsourced companies, is an experiment by our govt. It's based on ideas proposed by the neocon segment. And it's an abysmal failure.
So, hey. It's time to go invade Iran!!!!
