Hi Craig,

My boss wanted me to take the MCSD instead. I have mentioned to him that it might be better to take the MCTS then MCAD after as per your advise last time. Unfortunately, he insisted that I take the MCSD certification. This is why I am taking this certification. Please help. Thanks, Sam

>I would not go for MCSD as it targets .Net 1.0/1.1. Look at MCAD, Microsoft Certified Application Developer http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcad/default.mspx.

>>Thanks for the link. I will try to read-up on this and see the Microsoft recommendation. This looks like it supports the MS VS 2005 2.0 and later.

>>On other notes, I have noticed that you are MCSD certified. Can you give me an advise on how to go about studying and preparing for the 1st exam (Exam 70-305)? I would appreciate your input very much. I have been studying for quite sometime now and I feel that there is still so much for me to learn before taking this first exam.
