There is no need to post the same question to differnent people. You should only post each question once. Send it to All and you'll get great responses.

1. I've seen it where your resume is asked for and not. But, I generally include some professional background information when I bid a custom job, so it isn't an issue.

2. Sometimes they care and sometimes not. My experience is that bigger companies tend to care more than smaller ones.

3. If you have the skills necessary, there is no reason you can't succeed.
