If your talking about "Reaper", I caught it Tues nite. And it was awesome. It's the program about the guy who finds out, on the day he turns 21, that his parents sold his soul to the devil before he was born.

In order to satisfy the devil, he must help capture those who've escaped from hell and help return them there.

It's the same storyline as an old program "Brimstone". But this one is much, much better. The main guy works in a Homedepot type place. His best buddy, who works there also, is a Jack Black clone.

What sets this show apart is the humor they've added. Things like when the main guy asks the devil how he knows where to return the captured to. The devil answers something about if you've ever been in a place and compared it to hell, you've found a portal.

So at the end of episode #1 the guys from Home Depot go to the local DMV to turn his prize in.

>>( by the way, Buffy is really not a horror genre - it is something all its own. Check the Wikipedia article just for kicks. This one was really a surprise to me as I've never voluntarily seen a horror movie and like you have no interest in that genre but looking into it when I found this unlikely choice on so many TV critics lists of the top TV shows of all time. )

>I'll agree with that. Buffy had a cult following that spanned many age groups as well. I also enjoyed the spinoff Angel. I haven't caught the latest in that vein though that either CBS, NBC, or ABC premiered. Can't recall the name of it either.
