IMO, declined a bit faster... I've watched first dozen episodes and lost interest. They fell prey to the disease of all action soaps: ran out of good script and started poking around the main characters' pasts and private lives. Within these first dozen there were at least four with worn out plots, when you can easily guess where it's going.
