Yes, I can see that a framework that supports VFP developers could help me through the initial learning curve. From what I hear, the learning curve is pretty significant, so that will probably be a significant factor in my decision.
Once I am up to speed with .NET, I hope that I won't need to think in VFP and translate anymore. At that point in time, it will be the capabilities of the framework that count.

CSLA has a big following, but if something happens to Rocky, will the framework continue to be enhanced? I don't know enough about Stratframe or Deklarit to say anything about them.
