The file is most likely in PCL format. A PCL viewer can help, for example http://www.pclreader.com/

>I just tried capturing the printed output and there are 2 files in the system32\spool\printers directory but opening them up, none have "copies" at least in a format that I can read. I would have to find out the structure of those files. I don't think this is the problem but will need to do more testing after hours to try to replicate the problem - unless someone has any other ideas.
