This does seem pretty clear to me:

LIMBAUGH: “Save the — keep the troops safe” or whatever. I — it’s not possible, intellectually, to follow these people.

CALLER 2: No, it’s not, and what’s really funny is, they never talk to real soldiers. They like to pull these soldiers that come up out of the blue and talk to the media.

LIMBAUGH: The phony soldiers.

CALLER 2: The phony soldiers. If you talk to a real soldier, they are proud to serve. They want to be over in Iraq. They understand their sacrifice, and they’re willing to sacrifice for their country.

Seems kinda clear to me that caller 2 and limpy don't find it acceptable to discuss events with someone unless they are 100% behind having a war in Iraq. Of course limpy did his best to say his comments were taken out of context in the Michael Fox case also. His entire schick is based on talking to the fringe element of society and keeping them all cranked up.

I see some of this when I go to the gym now. I belong to the YMCA now. And they have numerous tv's throughout the facility. A bank in the cardio room, where one tv is labeled as always being tuned to fox news. And a tv in the mens locker room that, unless there is a major sporting event at the time, is tuned to fox.

I've seen ocassions where someone voices concerns about Iraq. And someone from the "i watch fox" crowd tries to cause problems.

Update:

In addtion, here's some audio from limpy from when Paul Hackett signed up to the democratic party once he returned from Iraq. He has a history of commenting on those not supporting staying in Iraq:

>I am definitely NOT a Rush fan. However, I think this may be a case of taking words out of context. Shameful media again. I am really losing all faith whatsoever in our media on all sides here in the U.S. You can hear Rush's response and the actual broadcast and Rush's full discussion (to understand the meaning) here:
