Olá Moisés,

You can checck in the samples of the GdiPlusX library.
There I added 2 samples that create Pie Charts, the 2nd one is much more complete, and it converts the graphics between Pie to bars, using gradient colors, monochrome, etc.

Having VFP9 is totally enough, and you wont need any 3rd party product to make it work
