We do this regularly, but the monitoring machines have 2 large monitors - reccommended if you need to check on the other machines regularly with just a glance. Another option are those KVM switches (see my reply to Craig) but with any half decent network Remoting is working fine. If you are contiously watching 4 machines the viewing machine can become quite busy - we had one not too current laptop where the fan began to run after the second or third MSTSC session. YMMV...
