I am not too familiar with the DB Container, but I would be very surprised if they use non unique ParentID's for the objects, so I would guess is not necessary to include ObjectType in the where. That is if I understood you correctly and you are worried about then link between ObjectID and ParentID fields
[Update] Now I see your second paragraph, sorry. On the other hand, when I say non unique ParentID's I meant ObjectID's
