Hi,
The only quick way to diagnose the problem is to use Filemon http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/FileAndDisk/Filemon.mspx
and or Procmon http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/processmonitor.mspx

OR

a DNS/DHCP config error.
