Hi, Have a local table or INI file which stores the Path. In your startup read this table or file to get the directory. Then Just use the foll commands.
Open Data Set Data To All your forms which use DE will autmatically use the tables from the defined directory. Even when you use the USE command it will automatically open. I use this all the time because my clients like seprating their Data from the programs.
