After a few clicks on my grid and some fields, my entire form freezes up. I think I need to take a nap. I've had it for today.

The President of our company says that I must have this entire system done by tonight, as if he knows anything about programming. Anyone else deal with unrealistic managers who know nothing about the steps involved in developing and implementing systems? I swear, this makes me just want to quit.
