Here is my M$ pain...

I use VFP5.0 with VS Service pack 3 applied on upgraded win95 to win98
Trying to access vfp database from another app through ODBC got some error "[currency...] driver not capable". Same under NT 4.0 SP3.
VFPODBC.DLL version 5.00.00414.

I decided to upgrade to the recent Data Access Components 2.0 (typical install).

For safety reasons I tried it first on windows 98 (so that I don't mess up the NT server). The installation was sucessful but when I try to configure visual fox pro datasource (just press add and select visual foxpro driver) I end up in "illegal instruction" in the 32 bit ODBC manager. (VFPODBC.DLL now 6.00.816700)
So I can't use vfp ODBC anymore..

Any ideas???
