That guy should be shot..... what's up with all the V.P. hand holding these days? For free..... ya right ! If his pay is up there and I'm sure it is for most manager types.... the responsibility goes with that as well.

You see.... this I blame on Microsoft ( M $$$$$ ). They actually convinced non programming types that an application is nothing more then a point and click. I'm still waiting ( breathlessly even ) for someone to show me how you can develop and entire application with a point and click !
