>If you have kids, any interest in animation or just want to see one of the coolest applications of technology I've ever seen, hunt down "Jane and the Dragon" - a 26 part half hour production of WETA in New Zealand. Uses motion capture cgi ( real actors in lycra sensor suits ) to program computer avatars. The effect - especially in HDTV is breathtaking. Should be available all over the world right now - I just caught an episode on NBC 11:30 am Saturday.

>Terrific stuff. If I were a 20 year old art student right now I'd be beating down the door of anyplace that had these toys to play with.
