Maybe so, but does that mean you deserve to live on the street and starve too? You are not going to think about where the next dollar comes from and how you will get the one after that? I would think that "move on" might involve that. Getting fired was your punishment. But nevermind. I've never been exactly in your place and probably have no idea what it takes mentally to get through it. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.
