I have a problem were the index stops accepting new values.

The indexes are structural CDX indexes. They part of a database. I am useing VFP 5 with service pack 3. The database was created with xCase and last updated to database was done with xCase 2.61. Indexes are repaired useing SDT 5h.

When the problem occurs there are no errors generated by the appilcation and if I run NeedReindex method in SDT 5h it reports that the index is good.

The reason I no it is not working is that a user has enterd a record and could not see the record after it was saved. When the problem occurs a new record cannot be seen if an index order is set or if ignore deleted records is on.

Has anyone seen this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

Problem has got worse since the last updated to database. One strange but nice thing is that the tables that are used the most have the least problems.
