Thanks, everyone. ListCount_Assign was what I tried first (although I didn't mention it in my message). It doesn't work because ListCount is readonly (FoxPro doesn't allow that).
I'd rather not put things in the form, since I haven't finished converting everything to my parent classes.
I don't understand why the methods that I listed don't execute when the ListCount changes. Any ideas?
