I have a custom button group on a modal form with a private datasession. The button group is subclassed from the standard button group and uses subclassed buttons. For some reason the init event of the buttons do not fire. All of the init events enclude dodefault() in their code. This problem does not exist with a standard button group.

Any ideas on what I've missed?
