What are you doing exactly?
If you're using wwHTTP there's no dependencies on any DLLs for that (other than system dlls).
This error comes from WinInet typically. The error can often be misleading though: If you specified an invalid URL you'll also get this error. For example, specifying a URL instead of a domain name or vice versa.
Post your code or check very carefully what the domain name or URL is that you're using in HttpConnect (or HttpGet).
