7 seconds sounds good! I tried unloading everything I thought might make a difference and was 90 seconds . This is on a P233 w/32M. Right now I am thinking it is either the memory, LAN (10M coax and I'm on the same segment as server) or the server (currently a Win 95 box for development but Netware 3.12 for production so I'll copy files over there and test).

Thanks for the info Garrett. Hopefully, one of these 3 is the problem.
