I have a web application using security. Once the user logs in I want to display the user first and last name from the security table. I am doing this now on a form, but would like to have access on all forms after the login. I was going to add this to the cache or session but wanted to first know if there was already a process included. Also what is the best method to use for keeping this info around throughout the current users session? I was thinking a post login storing it as a cache object.

I think I would love to have a direct reference to the User Entity via the application somewhere.
