In one of your previous replies, you said the key was DefaultDatabase.

Try DefaultDatabase=SALSADB in the settings string. Look at the registry to see what the exact name is as well as the case and submit it that way in the event it is case sensitive.

If that still does not work, submit the setting string with everything except the database to see if that works. If it does, hopefully someone with experience with SQL Server can help with the rest.
