Installation, Setup and Configuration
Thank you Bonnie. When I right-click on the solution it doesn't show Configuration Manager. The question becomes how to get it there. I tried to get it there by choosing Tools > Customize and then dragging Commands > Build > Configuration Manager to the Solution in the Solution Explorer but had no success. After that I tried dragging Commands > Build > Configuration Manager to the Build menu item in the topmost VS menu. It does appear there but remains deactivated. Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Alex

>>>You mean yours doesn't? Mine is already debug by default and I just looked everywhere for the answer to this. Sorry, I didn't find it. But there must be value in knowing it must be possible as mine is that way.
